Who we are
GritChecker is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
What GritChecker is
GritChecker is an assessment and evidence tool. Candidates answer five spoken challenges; hiring organizations receive Reports showing what was said, how it was graded and why.
Your questions
Hiring managers are responsible for the custom questions they submit, and for offering accommodations or an alternative process where a candidate needs one.
Hiring decisions
The employer or hiring organization remains solely responsible for every hiring decision. GritChecker makes no automated hiring decision, does not detect lies, does not diagnose personality, and gives no guarantee of any candidate's future job performance.
Permitted use
Use GritChecker only to assess candidates for genuine Sales roles, with candidates' informed participation, and in line with applicable employment and privacy law.
Prohibited use
- Attempting to bypass limits, access other accounts' data, or reverse-engineer grading.
- Automated or bulk use of the free Demo.
- Using Reports as the sole basis for a decision about a person.
Packages and Candidate Reports
Each package covers one job (Hiring Mode: up to five active jobs per month). A package includes a number of Candidate Reports per job; each unlocked Result is one complete GritChecker Report. Completed assessments beyond the purchased number appear as locked Results until you upgrade the same job.
Candidate processing capacity
Candidate submissions are subject to job-level operational capacity. When a job reaches capacity, new candidates see that the assessment is not currently accepting responses; an upgrade of the same job can reopen it.
Payment
Prices are shown before checkout and charged through Stripe. Each test link is valid for 30 days from purchase.
All sales are final. No refunds. See Refunds policy.
Hiring Mode renews monthly. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for the current period.
Intellectual property
GritChecker's questions, grading rules, software and Report designs remain our property. You keep rights to the questions you write; you grant us permission to use them to run your tests.
Service availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Analysis can take additional time after a recording.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, GritChecker is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
